Course Objectives

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

1. Recognize signs of mental illness in athletes and implement strategies to assist and refer when necessary.

2. Utilize manual applications of myofascial decompression to treat orthopedic issues, sports injuries, and adhesions.

3. Discuss strategies to help athletic trainers prevent mental stress and professional burnout.

4. Educate on techniques for treating MTSS.
